Novaland reports a post-tax profit of 1.8 trillion VND in 2025, records nearly 3.5 trillion VND in reversal from Lakeview City project, stock hits the ceiling

Novaland has announced impressive business results for 2025, with a post-tax profit of 1.8 trillion VND and net revenue from sales and services reaching 6.965 trillion VND. Notably, Novaland recognized a reversal of nearly 3.5 trillion VND from the Lakeview City project, reducing land rental obligations to 1.014 trillion VND from 4.369 trillion VND previously. As of the end of 2025, the group’s total assets reached 249.792 trillion VND, with inventory primarily from land and ongoing projects. Total debt stood at 67.191 trillion VND, with a slight decrease in short-term debt. Novaland is actively accelerating construction at key projects like The Park Avenue and Aqua City, with many products completed and handed over to customers. NVL shares rose to 13,000 VND per share, bringing a market capitalization of 29 trillion VND.
