According to Dong Nai Newspaper, numerous real estate (RE) projects in Dong Nai province are restarting after a pause due to legal issues and the impacts of Covid-19. Starting from 2025, new policies in land, housing, and real estate business laws have created a more favorable environment for project implementation. Projects like Long Thanh International Airport and the Bien Hoa – Vung Tau expressway expected to complete by the end of 2025 are also driving market development. After a meeting between leaders of Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Nai province, several road and bridge projects were agreed to implement, improving market sentiment. Novaland Group stated that these restarting projects reflect investors’ confidence in local development potential. It is anticipated that Novaland’s projects in the Aqua City area will contribute 23 trillion VND to the state budget between 2025-2028.
