Novaland’s Major Shareholders Successfully Sold Nearly 6.4 Million Shares

The major shareholders of Novaland carried out large-scale transactions of NVL shares. Specifically, on May 30, 2025, Diamond Properties Co., Ltd. sold 3,230,517 shares at par value, raising over 32 billion VND and reducing its ownership to 8.483%. On the same day, Ms. Cao Thi Ngoc Suong sold 221,133 NVL shares for over 2 billion VND, now owning 2.591%. Previously, Mr. Bui Cao Nhat Quan sold 2,923,893 NVL shares, retaining 3.862% of Novaland’s capital. To date, three out of five major shareholders have completed transactions, following the plan to sell nearly 19 million shares from May 16 to June 13, 2025. If the two remaining shareholders complete their transactions, the group’s ownership will drop to 32.472%.
