Mrs. Nguyen Thi Xuan, mother of Mr. Nguyen Quang Truong – General Director of Southern Seed Joint Stock Company (NSC), has registered to sell 7,100 NSC shares. The transaction is expected to take place from October 26 to November 24, 2023. The purpose of the share sale is to meet personal financial needs. After this transaction, Mrs. Xuan will reduce her ownership percentage at NSC.
