Nvidia invests in UK AI firm spun off from crypto mining

Nvidia’s $683 million investment in Nscale, a spin-off of Arkon Energy, is part of the UK government’s strategy to strengthen AI infrastructure.

By 2026, Nvidia aims to deploy 60,000 GPUs in Nscale’s data centers to bolster the UK’s AI capabilities, according to Nscale CEO Josh Payne.
