Ocean Group’s Real Estate Project on ‘Golden Land’ in Hanoi is ‘Resolving Legal Issues at Final Stages’

Ocean Group (OGC) is urgently addressing legal hurdles regarding its key projects in Hanoi, especially the 10 Tran Vu project, which is expected to drive significant growth for OGC in the future. OGC has provided detailed information about this project’s progress to shareholders in the recent General Meeting of Shareholders and affirmed that this is a “golden land” project with an area of over 2,000m2. Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga, the Chairwoman of OGC, stated that the project’s launch will enhance the value of the hospitality industry in Hanoi and meet the high demand for luxury consumption. In the first 6 months of 2025, OGC recorded a 12.3% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year, with positive signals from the hotel business as its hotels achieved high occupancy rates. OGC also expects that peak tourist seasons and festivals will yield significant revenue from its real estate, hotel, and food sectors.
