The Ho Chi Minh City Stock Exchange (HOSE) has decided to delist over 126 million PSH shares of Nam Song Hau Petroleum Investment & Trading Corporation (NSH Petro) effective from June 25, 2025, due to serious violations of information disclosure obligations. The PSH shares have been suspended from trading since March 12, 2024, for failure to submit financial reports on time. NSH Petro is currently seeking a new auditing firm and has completed loan arrangements with Acuity Funding. This company is known as a major fuel distributor in the Mekong Delta, operating 67 stores and 550 agents. In 2024, NSH Petro reported a significant revenue drop and a loss of 790 billion VND, with accumulated losses exceeding 500 billion VND. Related individuals have also been fined for stock market manipulation, including the son of the Chairman.
