Onfolio Holdings secured financing through a convertible bond with a U.S. Institutional investor, raising 300 million USD. Initial transactions are set to generate 6 million USD today, with additional funding expected.
The company anticipates that future financing may contribute another 292 million USD to enhance its treasury of digital assets, boosting balance sheets and operations.
