Ontology’s mainnet version v3.0.0 will launch on December 1, 2025. Nodes must complete the upgrade by 08:00 (UTC+8) on December 3 to avoid any service interruptions.
The maximum and total supply of ONG will decrease from 1 billion to 800 million at block height 19,500,000. A total of 200 million tokens will be burned immediately, with the future supply possibly capped at 750 million.
