Parent Company, Chairman of the Board, CEO and a series of top executives want to completely divest from a real estate business

The Lam Dong Irrigation Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (LHC) has announced its plan to sell all 1,836,000 shares of the 40 Construction Investment Joint Stock Company (L40), equating to 51% of its charter capital. Key leaders, including Chairman Le Dinh Hien and CEO Nguyen Van Son, have registered to sell all their shares. Furthermore, several other members of L40’s leadership are also planning to divest. This move comes as L40 prepares for an Extraordinary General Meeting on March 7, 2025, where the Board of Directors plans to propose the dismissal of two members and to elect two new ones. The company also intends to invest in the Ha My Complex Joint Stock Company by purchasing 9 million shares, which would represent 90% of its capital. In 2024, L40 reported record revenue of 341 billion VND, three times higher than the previous year.
