Nui Phao Mineral Processing and Exploitation Co., Ltd. has appointed new members to its Member Council (MC), effective from October 24, 2025, to September 30, 2030. Mr. Nguyen Thieu Nam is appointed as Chairman of the MC, representing over VND 6.044 trillion, which accounts for 56% of the company’s capital. Mr. Nguyen Van Thang and Mr. Ashley James McAleese represent 20% and 24% of the company’s capital, respectively. Nui Phao Minerals, a subsidiary of Masan High-Tech Materials, focuses on mining and processing minerals such as tungsten and copper. As of June 30, 2025, the company’s equity was nearly VND 9.318 trillion, down VND 743 billion from the previous year. The company reported a loss of VND 166 million in the first half of 2025, an improvement from the VND 1 billion loss of the prior year. The total liabilities as of the second quarter of 2025 were VND 13.286 trillion, nearly halved compared to the same period last year, consisting of VND 3.528 trillion in bank loans and VND 6.710 trillion from bonds. The company also has 9 bond lots currently issued worth VND 4.600 trillion.
