APG Securities has announced personnel changes to the State Securities Commission and stock exchanges. From June 2, 2025, Mr. Le Dinh Chi Linh will become the Chairman of the Audit Committee, replacing Mr. Huynh Duc Hung who resigned for personal reasons. Mr. Le Binh Phuong will also be appointed to the Audit Committee during the same term. Additionally, Mr. Huynh Minh Tuan has been designated as the spokesperson for information disclosure, succeeding Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia, effective May 29, 2025. In related news, Pando I Investment PTE. LTD has registered to purchase 40 million APG shares from May 20 to June 18, 2025, which would increase their ownership from 5.25% to 23.14% if successful. Meanwhile, APG Chairman Nguyen Ho Hung has registered to sell 6 million APG shares, reducing his ownership to just 0.35%.
