NRC has announced personnel changes. Ms. Han Thi Quynh Thi has resigned from her position on the Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair, effective October 25, 2025, due to personal reasons, and has been appointed Deputy General Director since October 27, 2025. Previously appointed to the Board on April 25, 2023, she served as Audit Committee Chair from April 26, 2023. Mr. Tran Dai Duong will become a Board Member and Audit Committee Chair starting October 27, 2025. Meanwhile, the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting approved an investment plan for The Welltone Luxury Residence project with a maximum investment of 1 trillion VND, and a transaction agreement with VHR Investment Company Limited. The company also plans to increase its charter capital by nearly 926 billion VND through a private placement to no more than 20 professional investors, planned for Q4 2025 – Q2 2026.
