Khanh Hoa Province has approved the Cam Lam New Urban Area project, won by the Cam Lam New Urban Area Consortium, which includes Vinhomes, owned by billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong, with a total investment of VND 260.267 trillion (approximately $10 billion). The project covers over 10,356 hectares, expected to serve around 584,000 residents, providing more than 110,000 residential units and land lots, including 9,820 apartments and over 33,000 social houses. The project is scheduled for implementation from 2025 to 2037, over 50 years, with plans to convert 80 hectares of forest land. The aim is to develop an administrative, commercial, and service center, attracting various enterprises for significant urban projects.
