Phu My Fertilizer increases charter capital to nearly 6.8 trillion VND after the bonus share issuance

Phu My Fertilizer and Petrochemical Corporation (stock code: DPM) issued nearly 288.56 million bonus shares on August 8, 2025, raising its charter capital from 3.914 trillion VND to nearly 6.8 trillion VND. The issuance ratio is 100:73.7476, meaning shareholders will receive nearly 74 new shares for every 100 shares they own. Revenue for Q2 2025 reached 5.301 trillion VND, an increase of 34.3% year-on-year, with a net profit of over 413 billion VND, up 75.5%. Cumulatively, in the first six months, net revenue reached 9.421 trillion VND, and post-tax profit exceeded 624 billion VND, completing 195% of the 2025 profit target. Total assets reached nearly 18.542 trillion VND, up 12%, while total liabilities stood at approximately 6.822 trillion VND, an increase of 27%.
