Phu My Fertilizer to issue over 288 million bonus shares, a rate of 73.7%, increasing charter capital to 6.8 trillion VND

Phu My Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo) will issue 288.6 million bonus shares at a ratio of 100:73.7476, meaning each shareholder with 100 shares will receive over 73 new shares. The issuance will be funded from the Development Investment Fund as of December 31, 2024, with total equity currently at nearly 11 trillion VND. After the issuance, charter capital will rise from 3.914 trillion to 6.8 trillion VND. The deadline for registration to allocate rights is August 8, 2025. Previously, the company announced a cash dividend of 15% for 2024, to be paid on September 3, 2025. In the first half of 2025, production reached over 450,000 tons of Urea and over 111,000 tons of NPK, exceeding targets. PVFCCo will focus on cost control and new product development in the second half of 2025. DPM stock traded at 40,350 VND per share, the highest in a year.
