Phu My Fertilizer to issue over 288 million bonus shares, at a rate of 73.7%, raising charter capital to 6.8 trillion VND

PetroVietnam Fertilizer and Chemicals Corporation (PVFCCo, Phu My Fertilizer, stock code: DPM) has announced the issuance of 288.6 million bonus shares to increase charter capital from owner’s equity. The issuance rate is 100:73.7476, meaning each shareholder owning 100 shares will receive more than 73 new shares. As of December 31, 2024, the company’s equity reached nearly 11 trillion VND, with the development investment fund holding over 4.5 trillion VND. The issuance will raise the charter capital from 3.914 trillion VND to 6.8 trillion VND, with the final registration date for rights allocation set for August 8, 2025. The company has also finalized the list of shareholders for a 15% cash dividend for 2024, with payment set for September 3, 2025. Additionally, PVFCCo-Phu My achieved excellent production targets in the first half of 2025, with urea and NPK output exceeding plans. The company will focus on cost control and developing new products in the second half of 2025.
