In a report submitted to the State Securities Commission, PIT Company announced that Mr. Huỳnh Đức Thông is no longer a major shareholder as of December 20, 2023. Previously, he held a large number of shares in the company, but due to changes in the shareholder list and transactions, he has officially exited from the list of major shareholders. PIT stated that Mr. Thông’s departure as a major shareholder will not affect the company’s operations and future development direction. Furthermore, the company will continue to monitor and carry out necessary transactions in accordance with the law and the regulations of the State Securities Commission.
