The Board of Directors (BOD) of PLX has approved a resolution regarding the proposed content and program for the Annual General Meeting (AGM) in 2025. Key topics will include the report on last year’s BOD activities, the business plan, and development direction for 2025, as well as the election of new BOD members. The AGM is expected to be held in April or May 2025. Shareholders will be provided with reference materials and voting forms prior to the meeting.
