Circular No. xx/2023/TT-BKHDT regulates the change of the business registration certificate. Enterprises need to understand the process and steps to perform. First, businesses must prepare a dossier including:
1. Application for change.
2. Decision of the members/shareholders council.
3. A copy of the personal identification of the representative.
4. Related documents to the content of the change (if any).
After preparing the documents, businesses must submit them at the Business Registration Authority where the enterprise is headquartered. The processing time for the application is a maximum of 5 working days. If the application is complete, the authority will issue a new Business Registration Certificate. In case of needing additional information, businesses will be notified to make adjustments in a timely manner.
In addition, businesses need to update the changing information in the tax, customs or other relevant agencies to ensure legality. Compliance with this is necessary to avoid legal and financial risks.
