Polygon faced a delay in consensus finality attributed to a bug affecting Bor and Erigon nodes, disrupting some Remote Procedure Call (RPC) services.
Despite the hiccup, the Polygon blockchain continued to produce blocks and some RPC providers needed to revert to the last finalized block to resynchronize.
The Polygon team confirmed that restarting affected nodes resolved issues for several validators, and they are collaborating with infrastructure providers to restore full functionality.
