Polygon Labs releases Type 1 Prover
Type 1 prover is a new component that allows any network compatible with Ethereum’s EVM standard to become a layer-2 network powered by zero-knowledge proofs and connect to Polygon’s broader ecosystem.
Type 1 prover will bring lower costs, lower latency, and a better user experience to all chains built with Polygon CDK.
