Thuong Dinh Shoe Company (ticker: GTD) has recently announced a series of high-level personnel changes, appointing Nguyen Thanh Nhon as CEO and Vu Thai Duong as CFO. Dao Xuan Nghia has been relieved of his position as COO but will continue to hold office until further notice. Nhon, born in 1978, also holds several significant positions within Vinaconex, including CEO of Vinaconex Trade Development Corp and other key roles. Duong is similarly experienced from other Vinaconex subsidiaries. On February 4, 2026, GTD will finalize the shareholder list for an extraordinary general meeting, aiming to re-elect the board and supervisory board for the 2026-2031 term. This leadership change follows Mai Huyen Trang becoming a major shareholder, owning 68.66% of shares after acquiring nearly 6.4 million shares in a recent auction.
