Ms. Dao Thuy Ha, born in 1975, was appointed CEO of Traphaco effective November 10, 2025. She holds two Master’s degrees in Pharmacy and Business Administration and has worked at Traphaco since 1996 for nearly 30 years, holding key positions including Deputy General Director of Sales & Marketing. In her leadership role, Ms. Ha has played a key role in the company’s strategy focusing on premium traditional medicine and quality modern medicine, along with investments in R&D and digital transformation in business. Traphaco reported good financial results in 2025, achieving sales of VND 676 billion in Q3, a 20% increase year-on-year. Gross profit reached nearly VND 400 billion, and net profit was VND 78 billion, up 79% from the previous year. Cumulatively, for the first 9 months of 2025, Traphaco achieved sales of VND 1,935 billion and net profit of VND 201 billion, increases of 12% and 14%, respectively, completing 76% of the annual revenue target and 75% of the profit target.
