Progmat to launch Avalanche L1 for Japan’s digital asset infrastructure

Progmat, an organization developing Japan’s national digital-asset infrastructure, is launching a dedicated Avalanche L1 blockchain to support real-world assets with built-in privacy features. The initiative is expected to bring over $2 billion in RWA (real-world asset) value to the Avalanche ecosystem. This represents continued institutional adoption of blockchain infrastructure in Asia for tokenized assets.
