The Board of Directors of Tan Son Nhat Airport Services Joint Stock Company (PSB) has decided to change the date of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM). Instead of being held in April as usual, the AGM will now be scheduled for June 2025.
This decision was made to ensure that all necessary documents and information for shareholders are adequately prepared and to facilitate a better preparation for the meeting. The Board commits to taking the necessary steps to ensure that the meeting runs smoothly and meets all legal requirements and the company’s charter.
