This morning, PSD announced that Mr. Vu Tien Duong, the company’s Director, has submitted his resignation. On the same day, Mr. Phan Hai Au, Deputy Director cum Chief Accountant, also tendered his resignation. The reasons for this decision have not been disclosed yet. The company needs to carry out procedures to appoint new personnel to ensure operations are not disrupted.
