To remedy this situation, several measures have been proposed, including: 1. Strengthening periodic checks and oversight of listed companies; 2. Imposing heavy penalties for violations in information disclosure, including trading suspension; 3. Encouraging companies to improve the quality of financial reporting to avoid violations. Furthermore, the roadmap for recovery includes enhancing awareness and responsibility of companies to comply with legal regulations. Active engagement from regulatory agencies will be a key factor in cleaning up the market, protecting investor rights, and enhancing transparency.
