In 2024, CafeF announced two lists honoring the largest tax-contributing companies in Vietnam, including PRIVATE 100 for private enterprises and VNTAX 200 for all companies paying over 200 billion VND. The Top 20 private real estate companies list is part of this event, with a total contribution from 20 companies exceeding 63.2 trillion VND in 2024, a 60% increase compared to 2023. Vinhomes topped the list with 40.142 trillion VND, alongside notable companies like Nam Long (1.153 trillion) and BIM Group, recognized for their sustainable green projects. In 2025, more companies are expected to contribute as several large projects are approved. Contributions from the real estate sector to the state budget continue to rise, playing a crucial role in economic-social development and infrastructure building.
