PVT Logistics Completes Issuance of Over 13 Million Dividend Shares for More Than 1,400 Shareholders

PVT Logistics has completed the issuance of 13.2 million shares as dividends for 1,469 shareholders at a ratio of 100:20. This issuance increased the total share count from 66.1 million to over 79.3 million, raising the charter capital from nearly 661 billion VND to 793.2 billion VND. The total issuance value is about 132.2 billion VND, sourced from undistributed after-tax profits of 2024. PDV shares were listed on HoSE in November 2025 at a reference price of 12,450 VND/share, but dropped to 10,000 VND by December 11, 2025. Founded in 2007, PVT Logistics operates in maritime transport and maritime services. In the first 9 months of 2025, the company reported nearly 1,408.3 billion VND in revenue and a net profit of around 48.6 billion VND, a 78.2% decrease from the previous year. The profit target for 2025 is set at 88 billion VND.
