Qatar partner of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong: Investing in a 67-story tower in Kuala Lumpur, partnering with “Bau Hien” to develop a $4.5 billion sports-entertainment complex

On March 4, Vingroup of billionaire Pham Nhat Vuong and JTA Investment Qatar signed a Memorandum of Understanding to expand investments in electric vehicles and tourism. JTA values VinFast’s development and aims to invest at least $1 billion in the electric car firm. Additionally, JTA is considering investing in Vinpearl’s 5-star resort complexes in Vietnam. JTA International Investment Holding operates in 32 countries across sectors like Energy, Tourism, Health, and Technology. One of their notable projects is the IBN Bukit Bintang tower in Kuala Lumpur, which stands at 330m and features modern amenities. In Vietnam, JTA is also collaborating with T&T Group to develop a sports and entertainment complex in Dong Anh with a total investment of $4.5 billion, planning to build a stadium with a capacity of 60,000 seats. JTA will be responsible for financing this project.
