Real estate companies boost capital increase in 2025

In 2025, many real estate companies such as Novaland (NVL), DIC Corp (DIG), Dat Xanh (DXG), SJ Group (SJS), CII, and TIG plan to raise capital through share issuance. Novaland will issue a maximum of 350 million shares privately to raise capital for business operations, while also offering 48.75 million bonus shares to shareholders. DIC Corp plans to sell 150 million shares at 12,000 VND/share to raise 1,800 billion VND for investment projects. Dat Xanh has completed the issuance of 148 million bonus shares, increasing its charter capital from 8,726 billion VND to 10,206.3 billion VND. SJ Group intends to issue 182.6 million shares for dividends and to increase capital from equity, while CII will issue more than 76.9 million shares to boost capital. TIG also plans to issue 193.6 million shares to existing shareholders to implement the key Vườn Vua project. These companies aim to strengthen financial resources for investment and project development.
