In 2025, several real estate companies such as Novaland (NVL), DIC Corp (DIG), Dat Xanh (DXG), SJ Group (SJS), CII, and TIG are implementing capital increase plans. Novaland canceled the plan to issue 1.17 billion shares to existing shareholders and instead will issue 350 million private shares for capital raising and rewarding shareholders. DIG is offering 150 million shares to current shareholders, aiming to raise 1.8 trillion VND for bond repayment and project investment. Dat Xanh recently completed the distribution of 148 million bonus shares, raising its charter capital from VND 8,726 billion to VND 10,206.3 billion. SJ Group plans to issue 182.6 million shares to increase capital and pay dividends, while CII is going to issue 76.9 million shares to increase its capital by 14%. TIG intends to issue 193.6 million shares for shareholders to develop the Vườn Vua project in Phú Thọ.
