Real Estate Enterprises Increase Capital in 2025

In 2025, several real estate companies including Novaland, DIC Corp, Dat Xanh, SJ Group, CII, and TIG are planning to increase capital through stock issuance. Novaland canceled the issuance of 1.17 billion shares for existing shareholders and replaced it with the issuance of 350 million private shares at 10,000 VND/share, aiming to increase capital to 20.476 trillion VND. DIC Corp is selling 150 million shares at 12,000 VND/share, expecting to raise 1.8 trillion VND for projects in Vung Tau and Hau Giang. Dat Xanh issued 148 million bonus shares, increasing capital from 8.726 to 10.206 trillion VND. SJ Group is issuing an additional 182 million shares, raising its capital to nearly 2.975 trillion VND. CII is also increasing capital with 76.9 million shares, raising its total to 6.264 trillion VND. TIG plans to raise 1.936 trillion VND from 193.6 million shares to implement its Vườn Vua project in Phu Tho. These moves reflect companies’ efforts to seek financial resources for development amid a recovering real estate market.
