Nguyen Ngoc Thai Binh, Deputy General Director of Cơ Điện Lạnh (REE), announced the sale of 400,000 REE shares, reducing his holdings from 10.7 million to 10.3 million shares. The transaction is expected to take place from November 26 to December 24, 2025, for personal reasons. Ms. Binh is the daughter of REE’s Chairwoman Nguyen Thi Mai Thanh, who holds nearly 69.5 million REE shares (12.83%). Additionally, REE approved an increase of its subsidiary REE Energy’s charter capital from 7,248 billion to 10,500 billion VND. REE also announced the establishment of two new subsidiaries to develop wind power projects with total expected investment in the thousands of billions of VND.
