REE Expected to Distribute 25% Dividend for the Fourth Consecutive Year

REE announced it will hold its annual shareholders’ meeting on April 1, 2025, discussing a planned 25% dividend for 2024, comprising 10% in cash and 15% in stock. The company will allocate roughly 471 billion VND for cash dividends and issue 70.7 million new shares, increasing its charter capital to over 5.4 trillion VND. REE is also considering a cash dividend of up to 10% for 2025. For 2024, REE’s projected after-tax profit is 2.396 trillion VND, a 14% decline from the previous year. REE’s shares have recently decreased for four consecutive sessions, trading at 70,900 VND after peaking on March 10.
