REE Corporation announced the nomination of Ashok Ramachandran, an Australian entrepreneur, to the Board of Directors for the term 2023-2027. Born in 1980, Ramachandran has 20 years of experience in engineering and management, previously serving as CEO of Schindler India from 2018 to 2023 and currently at JSW Energy. The annual general meeting is set for April 1, 2025, in Ho Chi Minh City, where REE will also present plans for the issuance of 500,000 ESOP shares, dividend payments for fiscal year 2024, and aims for revenue of 10,248 billion in 2025.
