Recently, REE Real Estate Co., Ltd. announced the transaction of SGR shares of Saigon Real Estate Corporation (Saigonres). Specifically, REE Real Estate registered to sell over 3.05 million SGR shares to restructure its investment portfolio. The transaction is expected to occur from October 31, 2025, to November 28, 2025, via direct trading and/or agreements. If successful, REE’s ownership in SGR shares will decrease from over 15.26 million to over 15.21 million shares, equivalent to a reduction in ownership from 21.84% to 17.48% at Saigonres. Previously, from September 23, 2025, to October 21, 2025, REE only successfully sold 55,000 SGR shares out of 3 million registered due to unsatisfactory trading prices. As of September 30, 2025, Saigonres reported consolidated revenue of over 19.8 billion VND, down 65.7% year-on-year, and net profit of over 15.5 billion VND, down 63.1%.
