Revealing real estate giants paying employees nearly 40 million VND/month

In the first 9 months of 2025, many real estate companies reported positive business results. Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation (PDR) achieved a revenue of 506.5 billion VND in Q3, with a net profit of nearly 86 billion VND, and an average employee salary of around 36.7 million VND/month. An Gia Investment and Development Real Estate Company (AGG) reported decreased revenue but a profit surge of 354%, with employee salaries averaging 16.9 million VND/month. Dat Xanh Group (DXG) recorded a net profit of nearly 223 billion VND, with an average salary of 13.1 million VND/month. Novaland also reported revenue of nearly 5.4 trillion VND but a loss of 1.82 trillion VND, with employee salaries at 23.5 million VND/month. Average salaries at these companies range from 13 million to nearly 37 million VND/month.
