Revealing the Company with the Highest Earning Employees in Vietnam: Just Over 80 Employees, Averaging Over 60 Billion Profit Each Since the Beginning of the Year

CTCP Chứng khoán VIX has announced its Q3 2025 financial report, recording a revenue of 3.222 trillion VND, up 482% year-on-year. Pre-tax and post-tax profits reached 3.048 trillion VND and 2.449 trillion VND respectively, increasing 9 times compared to Q3 2024. Cumulatively, in the first 9 months of 2025, VIX achieved a revenue of 6.178 trillion VND, with pre-tax and post-tax profits of 5.116 trillion VND and 4.123 trillion VND, increasing by 651% and 648% respectively. With only 84 employees, VIX averages nearly 61 billion VND in pre-tax profit per employee for the first nine months. This positions VIX above SCIC, which had about 242 employees and a monthly profit of around 4.25 billion VND per employee. VIX’s profits primarily stem from proprietary trading, wherein a small team of experts can manage extensive investment portfolios.
