D2D Corporation reported Q2/2025 revenue of 551.5 billion VND, up 1,908% year-on-year, with gross profit reaching 282.4 billion VND, 224 times higher than the same period in 2024. In the first half of the year, revenue was 643.54 billion VND, a dramatic increase of 1,108% year-on-year, mainly from land transfer sales at Chau Duc Industrial Park. Net profit for Q2/2025 was 206.82 billion VND, a significant improvement compared to a loss of 6.4 billion VND the previous year, marking the highest profit since the company was listed in 2009. In the first six months, net profit was over 215 billion VND, a substantial recovery from a loss of 5.18 billion VND last year. Thus, the company achieved 97% of its revenue target and exceeded the annual profit target by 22%. At the beginning of 2025, D2D signed a lease land transfer contract worth over 246 billion VND.
