Russian court to consider crypto owners’ rights regardless of holdings reporting status

Marat Amanliev, a Russian lawyer, has filed a case to challenge the requirement that cryptocurrency holders must report their assets to the Federal Tax Service to defend their ownership rights. Current practices hinder the legal protection of these assets.
