The Russian Ministry of Finance and Central Bank have agreed to legalize cryptocurrencies for foreign trade, aiming to regulate their use in payments.
During a meeting on October 21st, Finance Minister Anton Siluanov highlighted the importance of establishing regulatory controls for cryptocurrency settlements.
Siluanov stated that regulation is essential for orderly transaction frameworks, ensuring secure international money transfers through cryptocurrency.
