Sabeco, the Saigon Beer-Alcohol-Beverage Corporation, has announced its consolidated financial report for Q2/2025 showing a decline in business performance. As of the end of Q2/2025, Sabeco recorded net revenue of over 6,804 billion VND, down 15.9% compared to the same period last year. Gross profit rose slightly to nearly 2,448 billion VND. The company also reported over 255 billion VND in financial revenue, a 4.2% decrease, while financial expenses increased by 84.1%. Net profit reached about 1,250 billion VND, down 5.2% year-on-year. This decline is attributed to lower net revenue due to reduced production and the merger’s impact. For the first six months of 2025, Sabeco achieved a net revenue of nearly 12,615 billion VND, down 17.4%, with net profit after tax exceeding 2,050 billion VND, a 12.5% drop. For 2025, Sabeco aims for net revenue of 31,641 billion VND, a 1% decrease, while expecting a net profit of 4,835 billion VND, an 8% increase. By June 30, 2025, Sabeco’s total assets slightly decreased to nearly 33,197 billion VND, with over 22,391 billion VND in bank deposits. Total debt payable increased by 14.7%.
