Saigonres has 200 billion VND of raised capital yet to be disbursed

Saigonres has successfully issued nearly 9.9 million shares, raising a total of 394.85 billion VND. As of November 7, 2025, 194.85 billion VND has been disbursed, leaving 200 billion VND for the Viet Xanh Ecological Urban Area project, with a planned total investment of 1,100 billion VND. In Q3 2025, Saigonres’s net revenue decreased by 65.7% year over year to over 19.8 billion VND. After deducting costs, gross profit fell to over 3.1 billion VND, a decrease of 93.1%. Net profit was over 15.5 billion VND, down 63.1% year over year. For the first 9 months of the year, net revenue increased by 54.4% to over 182 billion VND, and net profit reached nearly 83.4 billion VND, 4.5 times higher than the same period last year. The company targets 1,025 billion VND in revenue and 320 billion VND in profit for 2025.
