Saigon Shipping Joint Stock Company (SGS) has announced plans to pay dividends for 2023 and 2024 to shareholders at a rate of up to 92.5%. Shareholders will receive 9,250 VND per share, including 25% for 2023 and 67.5% for 2024. The deadline for dividend eligibility is January 15, 2026, with payment expected on February 3, 2026. The total dividend payout is approximately 133.4 billion VND for over 14.4 million SGS shares in circulation. Major shareholder SAMCO holds 51% of SGS and is set to receive over 68 billion VND, while GLS, which owns 37.42%, is expected to earn nearly 50 billion VND. In the first nine months of 2025, Saigonship’s revenue reached nearly 100.3 billion VND, a decrease of 24.2%, and after-tax profit was over 14.2 billion VND, down 33%. Total assets increased 3.5% to over 362.8 billion VND, while liabilities decreased by 5.3%.
