In August 2025, Strategy, co-founded by Michael Saylor, announced its third Bitcoin acquisition, purchasing 430 BTC for 51.4 million USD on August 18.
With this purchase, Strategy’s total Bitcoin holdings have risen to 629,376 BTC, currently valued at over 72 billion USD.
Despite fluctuations in share prices, Saylor stated that their acquisitions do not impact market prices, as they primarily utilize over-the-counter transactions. Their Bitcoin investments have generated a 56% gain.
