Scroll introduces updates to DAO governance structure and objectives, targeting completion by January 1, 2026

On September 18, Scroll announced updates to its DAO governance process, retaining the DAO while implementing key changes to ensure safety during the transition. These include operational autonomy for the DAO, oversight by the Foundation, and planned resource allocations.

Scroll plans to recruit members for a new governance committee shortly. Feedback and voting on the proposal will be requested within the DAO, looking to complete structural changes before the January 1, 2026 deadline.
