On July 11, 2025, VinFast announced the delivery of 11,382 electric cars in June, with the VF 3 model leading the sales. After the first half of the year, the total number of vehicles sold reached 67,569, achieving over 33% of the plan to sell 200,000 vehicles in 2025, capturing about 27% of the Vietnamese auto market share. The company also inaugurated its second electric car factory in Ha Tinh, boosting production to meet increasing demand. The Prime Minister has set a roadmap to ban fossil fuel vehicles starting in 2026, promoting the transition to electric vehicles. VinFast currently has a total production capacity of 500,000 vehicles per year.
