Senate to review Crypto Clarity Act for markup in January, according to David Sacks

The Senate is set to engage in discussions about the Crypto CLARITY Act next month. This law intends to provide clearer definitions for crypto securities and commodities, along with delineating the roles of financial watchdogs like the SEC and CFTC.

Proponents of the act believe it will alleviate regulatory uncertainties faced by crypto firms, allowing for innovation and stronger protections for investors. David Sacks confirmed that it has garnered bipartisan support among Senate leaders.
